Rules and conditions for using this website and game server

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or connecting to the From Dust to Rust ZA game server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or server. These terms apply to all visitors, players and users of fromdusttorust.co.za and the game server at 156.38.153.242:10010.

2. The Service

From Dust to Rust ZA provides:

  • A Rust game server hosted in South Africa
  • This informational website
  • A support ticket system
  • A contact form

The service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the server or website at any time without prior notice.

3. Server Rules

All players on the From Dust to Rust ZA game server must comply with the following rules. Failure to do so may result in a temporary or permanent ban:

  • No racism, discrimination, harassment or threats of any kind
  • No cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs or using unauthorised software
  • No griefing — do not intentionally block, trap or damage other players' progress
  • No advertising other servers or communities in chat
  • PvP is only permitted inside designated PvP zones
  • Respect all players and admin decisions
  • No spam or inappropriate content in chat

Admin decisions are final. Bans may be appealed via the support ticket system at the admin's discretion.

4. User Conduct on This Website

When using the contact form or support ticket system, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin panel
  • Submit spam or abuse the contact/ticket systems
  • Use the website in any way that could damage, overload or impair it

The content on this website, including text, design and code, is owned by Carolina Maria Vorster. Rust is a game developed and owned by Facepunch Studios. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios. All game-related assets, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and game server are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime or that the server will be free from errors or bugs. Game servers may be restarted, wiped or taken offline at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Carolina Maria Vorster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or game server, including but not limited to loss of game progress or data through server wipes or technical issues.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
